I really enjoyed and learned a lot in Alice’s Theta Healing Basic class. She teaches from many years of being a Theta healer and in my opinion a lot of the experience as a healer makes the best teacher. She teaches from the heart and is passionate. ✨ AN EXTRAORDINARY THETA HEALING EXPERIENCE ✨

I had my first Theta Healing session with Alice, and honestly, in the beginning, I didn’t really know what to expect. I had heard about Theta Healing before, but I had never experienced it myself.

And I have to say — IT COMPLETELY BLEW MY MIND. 🤍

The blockages she was able to identify were things I would never have expected. They can be connected to this lifetime, your childhood, experiences and beliefs formed before you were even born, beliefs carried through your family, or situations you experienced as a child or an adult.

We explored things such as how you feel about yourself, how much you truly love yourself, how you judge and see yourself, how worthy you feel, how much you trust yourself and your intuition, and whether you feel safe receiving love, abundance, happiness and success.

Theta Healing can also bring awareness to deep fears, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, feelings of rejection or abandonment, guilt, shame, insecurity, self-sabotage, relationship patterns, money and abundance blocks, and many of those subconscious beliefs we may carry without even realizing how much they influence our lives.

Once these blockages and beliefs are identified, Alice works through the Theta Healing process, asking the Creator of All That Is for them to be released and replaced with more supportive beliefs and feelings. ✨

What amazed me even more was that I could actually FEEL SOMETHING HAPPENING IN MY BODY during the releases. During the first one, I felt so much heat throughout my body and even a little dizziness. As the session continued, it became much easier and gentler.

For me, it was almost like having a deep therapy session with yourself and with the Creator at the same time — going into parts of yourself you may not even realize are influencing your life.

If you believe in the power of the Creator, the Creator of All That Is, and you are open to this kind of spiritual and energetic healing, I truly recommend experiencing Theta Healing at least once.

It was POWERFUL, UNEXPECTED AND ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. ✨🤍

Today I completed my Akashic Records Level 1 with Alice at her beautiful studio. From the moment you enter her space, you can feel how clean, peaceful, and welcoming the energy is. Alice makes you feel comfortable right away and teaches with such genuine intention and support.
