Healice is the practice of Alice Mosolo in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- When you book a session, a free consultation, or a training course: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your booking. For the free consultation we also ask whether you prefer a phone call or Zoom.
- When you pay online: payments are processed by Square or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- When you contact us: the information you enter in the contact form (name, email, phone number, area of interest, and message), or what you send us by email, phone, or messaging app.
- When you browse the website: basic usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as the pages you visit, your device, and your approximate location.
- During sessions and trainings: anything you choose to share with Alice is treated as confidential.
- Before your first session: the intake and consent form, including any health information you choose to share. Your answers are stored securely on our website and are not sent by email.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of your sessions and courses, and to send Zoom links for online appointments.
- To answer your questions and stay in touch about your bookings.
- To process payments and keep the records required by law.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website, through Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We do not sell your personal information.
Who Can See Your Information
Your bookings, intake and consent form, and session notes are seen by Alice. The person who maintains this website can also access them when needed for technical work, and keeps them confidential. We never share them with anyone else, except the service providers listed below or when the law requires it.

We rely on trusted providers to run this website and our services. They process information on our behalf, and some of them may store it outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies
This website and the services above use cookies to remember your preferences, measure visits, and support advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Choices link at the bottom of every page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as online booking, may not work properly without them.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep client records, including bookings, payments, intake and consent forms, and session notes, for 10 years after your last session, as our professional liability insurance requires. After that, we delete them securely. Messages and contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email info@healice.com.
